Animation is when pictures or drawings are put into frames to make an image movie. Although this might sound confusing, animation is known worldwide and is one of the greatest forms of entertainment in our society.

Animation can be done in different ways such as 3D animation and 2D animation. 3D animation is a bit more realistic than 2D animation but more difficult to illustrate. To make these kind of animations, you need to have an animation software program, as well as a device to run it on. These animation softwares are mostly used on computers, but can also be used on mobile devices. After you have a software to create animation on, you will need something to draw with. Mobile softwares don’t require any fancy pens but computers do. More specifically, they need drawing tablets.

Drawing tablets can be cheap or expensive, depending on their quality. Drawing tablets without any big screen on them, can cost around 10 to 30 dollars. However, drawing tablets with the big screen can cost hundreds and even thousands of dollars. So if you’re planning to start doing animation, you should get a drawing tablet that’s relatively cheap.

Although there are thousands of shows that are animated, it doesn’t mean animations are easy to make. The shows that are animated are most likely created by a team of animators. It can be expensive because you need to hire animators, and good drawing tablets, preferably the ones with the big screens. Of course, shows aren’t the only ones that include animation, for there are several websites that allow people to post their animations. The more popular website that people post animations on is YouTube. YouTube wasn’t originally a popular website where people posted their animations until two creators started posting their animations on the website. These culture changers go by the name of TheOdd1sout and Jaiden Animations. These creators started doing animation as a way to tell stories. Of course, these creators weren’t fully responsible for animation on YouTube, as there were many other animators on YouTube before them.

Who knows what animation will lead to in the future. Hopefully, it will continue to entertain us and creators will still continue to animate them. If it doesn’t end the way we wish, oh well.
