Lancers Crush the Coyotes, BP Tough Lost

Last Friday, Oct. 14, the Sunny Hills Lancers dominated the game against the Buena Park Coyotes and went home with joy. Just like an antelope getting hunted by a lion, the Coyotes struggled all game while the Lancers were red-hot. With the score of 29-6, Sunny Hills was definitely able to show their pride to future Lancers. 

  As the first quarter started, the Lancers’ Nathan Lee gave Sunny Hills a head start with a touchdown. Late first quarter, Nathan Lee came off with another touchdown with a rush for his team, and an extra point by the Lancers’ kicker. The quarter ended with the Lancers scoring 13 and Coyotes 0. The second quarter ended with no real shockers or jaw-dropping moments.

  After an amazing halftime show by the Sunny Hills marching band and dance team, the third quarter began with some excitement. The Lancers came off with a field goal, making their total score 16. The Coyotes’ number eight finally scored a touchdown with no extra points. As the quarter ended, the clock reset and it seemed like there was no answer to this game for the Coyotes. The Lancers added two more touchdowns and an extra point in the fourth quarter, going home with an absolute win of 29-6.
