Arizona Wildcats baseball team’s assistant coach, Sergio Brown, is leaving the University of Arizona (UofA) for a job at California State University, Fullerton. (CSUF) Brown wants to be the school’s new associate head coach. 

    Sergio Brown worked on the UA staff as an assistant coach for 4 seasons.  He coached first base and helped tutor infielders.  His boss, Jay Johnson, says, “It’s a good move for Coach Brown and his family and I’m happy for him.  Now we’ve got to go to work getting the best person for us.”

    The outfielder of the Wildcats, Mac Bingham will also be attending this year’s freshman class.
