Ved Patel was born on November 24th, 2008, the same day the first African American won the U.S. presidential election. He was born in Los Alamitos Hospital and moved to Fullerton when he was 4. He went to Laguna Road in first grade and stayed there until he graduated in sixth grade. He is currently an 8th grader at Parks Jr. High and plans to go to Troy High School when he is in ninth grade. He did Speech and Debate throughout his life and went to States. He has a little sister who he enjoys spending time with. In addition, he likes watching and playing sports, both physically and online. Ved especially enjoys running and hopes to follow his passion in Cross Country. He is a black belt in karate and has been doing that for almost 6 years. He also enjoys relaxing and spending time listening to music, and hanging out with his friends. Some of his favorite artists are Kanye West, Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, and Drake. He likes to try new things and is always up for new activities and suggestions. He lives by the quote, “The only impossible journey is the one you never begin,” by Tony Robbins.
