Aristotle Miguel, Contributor

Aristotle Miguel, was born on May 11, 2009, the day that the chess computer Deep Blue beat Grandmaster Garry Kasparov. Aristotle grew up in Fullerton with his mom, dad, and dog. Being Mexican and Filipino, he tries to represent his culture all the time no matter what.  Aristotle Miguel loves chess and is one of his favorite hobbies along with basketball, video games, bike riding, and collecting shoes. Whenever he gets the chance, Aristotle plays and practices basketball.  He also loves bike riding with his friends and playing outside with them. In the future, Aristotle plans to go to Sunny Hills High School where he will continue to play basketball. He also wants to be a basketball coach and teach kids everything he knows about the game. Aristotle's favorite quote is,” Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” Aristotle loves this quote because it shows that even though we may fail sometimes, failing is what makes us stronger as people.
