Ella Garabedian was born on July 2nd, 2008, coincidentally the exact midpoint to the average year. She developed an obscure fear of microwaves in the 6th grade after accidentally putting a metal fork in her microwave. She eventually got rid of her fear after taking Culinary Arts at Parks Jr High. Ella was going to be given the beautiful Marijella, but after her mother’s friend betrayed her by stealing that name and giving it to their own daughter, my mom came up with the shortened version of that name, Ella. Ella knows both English and Croatian, though she is still in the process of learning the proper grammar. She also takes Spanish class at Parks Jr. High, and hopes to learn enough so that she can flex the fact that she is trilingual. In terms of a future profession, she has no idea what she wants to do. She does know that she wants a job that makes her a lot of money.  In her time playing soccer, she was able to score 3 goals in one game, though she admits that the opposing team wasn’t necessarily the best team in the league. She continued to play soccer for one more year, but then quit after losing interest in it. Ella became the Vice-President of her school in 6th grade; her term was cut short due to global circumstances. She thought it was fun because it gave her an excuse to skip class for a couple hours every once and a while. A quote Ella lives by is, "The best way to make a friend is to be a friend." -Barbie: Mariposa. In other words, the best way to make something happen is to do it yourself.
