Natalie Hong, Contributor

Natalie Hong was born on March 2, 2010, the same date (but not year) the children’s book author Dr. Seuss was born. She was raised in Fullerton, CA all of her life, along with her older sister and younger sister – Kathleen and Elizabeth. Natalie attended Sunset Lane Elementary School from Kindergarten to 6th grade and now goes to Parks Jr. High. She is a Christian and you can find her at Grace Korean Church for service on Sunday mornings. When she’s not at school or church, she enjoys spending time with friends outside of school at places like movie theaters, malls, and the beach. She started playing the piano around the first grade and has participated in musical competitions, recitals, and festivals ever since. Natalie joined the Speech and Debate team in elementary school and ever since then, has competed at many tournaments and won many accolades. On Saturdays, she can be seen struggling to learn Korean at Sunny Hills High School. Other miscellaneous activities that she loves to do are reading mystery books, watching Marvel movies, crocheting, scrolling on her phone, and shopping with friends. A quote that she always keeps in mind is “Always be yourself because there is no one better!” -Selena Gomez.
