Kaylynn Shin was born on September 2, 2010, the same date when the Israel and Palestine conflict occurred. Kaylynn’s family consists of her mom, dad, two older brothers, and a pet cat. Although she has two older brothers, both of them are either already in college or getting ready for college, so Kaylynn is usually like the “only child” of her household. She is a Korean-American, who spent most of her lifetime living in Fullerton, California. In Kaylynn’s free time, she loves doing countless amounts of things. One thing she does most of her time is listening to music, most of the time it is R&B and K-Pop. When she isn’t listening to music, Kaylynn loves watching Asian dramas, some being: When I Fly Towards You and Twinkling Watermelon. Taking naps is something Kaylynn does every day after school. She also plays video games with her friends in her free time. Since the age of four, Kaylynn grew up rock climbing with her dad and took many classes. But when the pandemic started, she stopped rock climbing. Kaylynn is not much of an athlete, but she enjoys playing tennis with her friends. In the future, Kaylynn wants to attend a spontaneous college and become an interior designer. One goal that Kaylynn wants to pursue is that when she makes enough money, Kaylynn wants to travel around the world with her loved ones and explore the many different cultures. One inspirational quote that she focuses on is: “Only those who have regrets will want to go back.”
