Karen Reyes was born on October 1, 2010, the same year the song “Just the Way You Are” by Bruno Mars came out. She grew up with her mom, dad, and her four sisters in Mexico for a tiny bit. Eventually, she and her family moved here to California except it was just her, Karen’s parents, and two of her sisters Darlyn and Jackie that moved to California. Her two other sisters were left behind in Mexico due to the lack of money her family had at that time and left with her aunt. At first, it was a struggle to find a place to settle down and live in once they arrived in California, but eventually, they settled down in where they live right now. Later on, as she grew she found interest in music, writing, and drawing. She mostly liked listening to music as she was drawing or writing. When she had some free time she hung out with her friends or just called or texted them. Her goals in the future are to get good grades and go to college.
