James Campbell Bower has played in many remarkable roles throughout his life, but he doesn’t usually get the recognition he deserves. Bower was born in London on Nov. 22, 1988, and from a very young age, he had an interest in music and played the violin. When he got older, he started a band called “Counterfeit,” but the band would soon split up and he would go solo for a short while. Later on, he would attend Bedales School, a co-educational independent school that focused on acting. With this newfound passion, Bower began acting and landed roles such as Young Gellert Grindelwald in the “Harry Potter” franchise, Caius in “Twilight,” Skiff in “Thomas and Friends,” and Vecna in “Stranger Things.” He has won various awards for his performances such as the One to Watch: Brits Going Global and was nominated at the Teen Choice Awards for Choice Movie Actor: Action.
