Parks Volleyball Team Wins Against Fisler

Parks+Volleyball+Team+Wins+Against+Fisler

On Oct. 17, 2023, the Parks Panthers went against the Fisler Navigators, winning 25-10. Middle blocker Mason Martinez finished the day with four aces and four kills alongside outside hitter Owen Filadelfia who had two aces and eight kills. Setter Damaris Mancilla had three aces and one kill. Fisler tried to make a comeback during the game but was unable to as they kept spiking the ball into the net. The game shortly ended after Damaris Mancilla made the winning hit, securing the W for us Panthers. After she made that astonishing point, her team congratulated her with one big group hug. Fisler had good sportsmanship and ended the game with a line of high fives, and all of them saying “Good game!” to one another. Our school will be playing against Ladera Vista in the next game, which should be an interesting match.
