Some people think that aging affects weight loss as you get older. But is that really true? A few scientists have put a course for men and women older than 60 and people younger than 60. This course would go for six months. The scientists that were testing this theory were trying to mainly find out the difference between exercises from people older and younger than 60. Their schedule consisted of lean meat, vegetables, and grain. Exercise would include cardio, running, and calm sports such as golf. The participants all had participated in the 2005 and 2016 study for Warwickshire Institute For The Study Of Diabetes. All participants have obesity and diabetes. The scientists measured weight before qualifying all participants. The hypothesis for most of the scientists was that people younger than 60 would lose at least 15 to 25 pounds. While the participants who were older than 60 were estimated to lose around 14 to 26. The end of the course shortly came and the results were that participants younger than 60 lost 6.9% of their weight while participants older than 60 lost 7.3% of their weight.
