Parks vs Nicolas

It started off with the Parks flag football team getting hyped in the team room. Game on. This was the biggest game yet for Parks because the last two seasons, Nicolas beat the Panthers in the championship. Parks wanted redemption and they were locked in and ready to win. The team ran on the field and the Park’s faithful went wild. Coach Stricker told the team, “Nicolas will be running late because their bus would not be on time.”  Parks wanted to bring the game to Nicolas, but the game would have to wait.
After the Parks team finished stretching, Nicolas walked on our field. Nicolas athletes walked down the hill on the lower field. They were followed by cheerleaders. The Parks Panthers did not care who walked on the field, the Parks Panthers were there to win.
Madden Lessau threw dots the whole game; he connected with Joel Clemente and Kamron Tonga several times during the game. Many Parks athletes carried the ball and contributed . Then suddenly something tragic happened to Kamron. Madden threw the ball up and put air on it so Kamron could position himself underneath it, and when Kamron landed, he broke his wrist.
The team did not know what to do with their stud receiver out for the season. So the Parks Panthers clutched up and won the game by beating Nicolas and earning the “W.” In the end, Nicolas fought well, however Parks earned the win and looked forward to Buena Park next.
