Would you ever think that a movie three hours long about the inventor of the atomic bomb would be a smashing success? Recently on July 21, 2023, director Christopher Nolan released a film about J. Robert Oppenheimer, appropriately titled “Oppenheimer.” The movie is about a visionary physicist who led the Manhattan Project to create the atomic bomb that would be later used against Japan towards the end of World War ll. So far the movie has made almost one billion dollars and is in the top three movies of the year, only behind “Barbie” and “The Super Mario Bros. Movie.” If you are wondering why the “Oppenheimer” movie was so successful, it may be because of its superstar cast which includes Cillian Murphy as J.
